Prayer for Doctors Without Borders
"Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus" - 1 Thessalonians 5:18
Welcome back to Weekly Prayer, a newsletter for today’s rapidly changing world. Today, we will be covering the positive impact that Doctors Without Borders has had during the COVID-19 crisis and praying for this powerful organization.
News Item: The Impact of Doctors Without Borders During COVID-19

As an article from Borgen Magazine states, Doctors Without Borders was originally established in France in 1971 and has gone where needed in times of crisis, even to places without established healthcare systems.
The Borgen article mentions that many of the group’s efforts have focused on the COVID-19 hot spots across the world during this global pandemic. Physicians have spread out in many of the hard-hit areas such as Yemen and Italy, and members have persisted in efforts to educate people in Hong Kong about the pandemic and the importance of taking proper precautions.
Throughout the 2020 global pandemic, Doctors Without Borders has put its best foot forward to help those in need regardless of nationality or illness. It has been powerfully accomplishing its mission of establishing a network of healthcare workers in areas of need.
Today, let us pray and be thankful for all of the second chances that Doctors Without Borders have provided people across the world.
